how do you come across info on preforclosure properties? is there a list somewhere?? thanks in advance!!!
You can usually get a list emailed to you, if you go to a title company. and ask nicely. The Notices of Default (preforclosure) will be announced in the local paper as well as the date and time for the auction/trustee sales.
