I have someone that is selling a full portfolio of everything that includes land, commercial buildings, and residential properties. This investor is looking to sell the whole portfolio all at once for $4 million.
Part of this package deal includes commercial building for $600, 1.5 acres of land for $300. I know I won’t be able to find investors in my area looking to invest in deals from long distance for that amount of money.
I need to know where I can find buyers who invest in deals all across the US. If I am lucky to find a buyer, I am good.

For the commercial property you need a lot of information to tell whether it might be a deal!
First research this deal, then if you still think every property in the group is still an investment deal for an investor repost the question “Where do I find National Investors for long distance package deal of properties”?

You want to know the value for each individual property? This is a very huge list I received from this investor which was emailed to me in Excel format. I mentioned the investor is selling the entire group of properties all at once for $4 million. I too do not know any other investor selling a package of properties at wholesale prices.
What information do you need about the commercial properties?

Hi,
I think the point I am making is you should not be promoting anything you have not checked the numbers on first, you might just find it is a retail offer and should never be offered to investors in the first place!
If someone furnishes me a list the first thing I do is run the comps and do the due diligence before I offer or promote these properties to other investors whose time is valuable and I do not want to ruin my reputation offering property that does not make sense!
If this is in fact your level of sophistication and your capable of promoting this package you sure don’t need us!
But if you think you need us do us a favor and at least verify this package is being sold wholesale and not being offered retail which is a waste of time!
How do you know these properties are offered wholesale? 1% off retail is not wholesale!!!

No need to worry about that anymore. The original investor who is selling those properties is not contacting me anymore some unknown reason. I sent him emails and he is not responding back to me at all. I hate when I run across investors who do not contact me back. And I even had buyers wanting to check out the properties.
The best place to find potential investors who would be interested in purchasing a real estate portfolio is the real estate agent network. Contact realtors in other states who focus on commercial properties and land purchases to see if they would be interested in advertising the portfolio. Additionally, research investment clubs in major markets to see if they have investors who would be interested in a portfolio investment. One last recommendation would be to create a property website and advertise the property online. This is a great way to get the information to interested investors.
