I’m thinking my only other option is to go through a hml cause I can’t get HO insurance cause of the condition of the house.
I don’t know where to look, I guess I’m willing to pay the price. This is my fist deal, and I really would like to do it.
How long does it take to get loan. I have nine days till the bidding stops , So I need to find something in that length of time.
