I think the question in the subject speaks for itself.
I am currently working on several different areas of forming a LLC investing in real estate.
They include
town information - permits, zoning, assessors office, public notices, etc.
financing
biz planning
prop eval REIclub.com - reading
books on real estate investing
etc.
etc.
Any suggestions on how to organize all this, and continue working my full time “job” that right now…pays my bills.
How do I motivate people to actually believe in what I am doing, so that they can help me? I don’t think people quite understand what it means when someone says, “I’m going into real estate investing”…AND THEY REALLY MEAN IT.
I know how you feel. My family thinks that I am crazy, my wife thinks that
I am obsessed, and I get fustrated when trying to get them on board.
I’ve come to a point that I don’t care what any one else thinks, I know
the potential in REI, and thats all that matters. My hardest obstacle is
trying to convince my wife that holding (renting) properties is the
best way to build wealth.
