How did you find your bird dogs, im currently trying to get some together and ready to look for deals for me when the market bottoms out.
According to the forum, you can find them at your local RE clubs, on this forum ( just NO email on or anything personal on your post).Just start marketing yourself,looking for bird dogs. If you pay well, they will find you. :director. Hope that helps.
Talk to anyone that makes regular trips around your area. Delivery guys are great. Pizza, UPS, USPS, newspaper boys, meater readers, lawn/garden care providers etc.

I believe John Locke has an entire course on how to find bird dogs.
I haven’t read it but he has been in the business forever.
I think his first investment deal was buying Manhattan from the Indians.
