I have an agent that does them, but it seems like she would rather do traditional purchases. How I can get her homes that might be applicable for a short sale? I have another agent that has 25 years in the business that is negative on them as well. He says by the time they get to the market that they have lost their discount.
Do any of you have any suggestions on how I can help them find these properties that are availble before they get to market?
