Check loopnet, I’ve seen large packages on there.

I’ve seen some on Craigslist as well as 1031 Exchange Sites.

You can also try networking with 1031 exchange companies. You never know when we may have clients that call and are looking to do this. It takes time to build a relationship with them, but it can pay off in the long run.
