Here are a few places to try… let me know what results you get:

  • craigslist.org, backpage.com, etc
  • Yellow Pages
  • DIY, Lowes, Home Depot. Look for people who look like they are in a little deeper than the weekend warrior…
  • Local Real Estate Investment clubs, in those areas. If you can’t attend, try calling the person of contact. Even clubs in other cities, good people here, know good people there!
  • Ride around in those places and look for rehab crews, working.

The people you want to meet are every where, my friend.
