I haev about 50 homes I need to wholesale off. I need to find some investors for the homes. Where do most people find the investors to sell to. I have the homes already and need them gone. I don’t know where to look. Any help would be great. First wholesale deal. Usually rehab them myself but have too many right now.

Do you have any Realtors on your team that work with other investors?
How about contacts at your local REIA meetings?
Put an add on Craigs List, Ebay, or the local paper.
If they are solid deals and well priced you might want to consider seeing how you can get them on the MLS to get them sold…either buy and list them as-is or see if the owners will give you an option to purchase with showing privileges…
All else fails you can refer the leads directly to a realtor. If you are licensed you can get paid directly from your broker. If you are not licensed you can see how the realtor will work something out with you for passing him/her listing referrals.

You have 50 homes on assignable contracts? If you have some teeth in any of these deals, and if they are true slam dunks, put up bandit signs in the neighborhood where the subject property is located. Put them on high traffic corners all within a few blocks of the home. MUST SELL 3/1 for $75k ARV$155k xxx-xxxx. This is all I do in Florida and I’ve moved 19 properties this year.
