Does anyone know of where I can find a reasonably priced book on master leasing? I don’t need a whole course just a regular book on the subject.
library is where i do all my free reading on Real Estate know how to books, here’s what i learned when you meet with a seller and the seller wants $280,000 for their home- What’s the first thing do you say? Answer (is that the best you can do) then keep your mouth shut, then the seller will reduce price to 277000 then you say is that the best you can do, always give offers like $271422 or 271,778 this will indicate that you have more knowledge about buying real estate it will boggle the sellers mind.
