Do I need to disclose that I also got other lines of credit available from other lenders if I do not use them yet or have not. Even I got 2 lines of credit approved. I would like to get another one more just to be safe in case if I need another source of funds if needed though I do not believe I would need it? Do I need then to tell them as I was once told you do not need to? Credit score 810-815.
All lien holders will almost certainly be on your tri-bureau report anyway! And approvals are not liens on the property unitl open and activated.

If you got your credit line approval for your LLC using your EIN, it will not appear on your individual credit report unless you were required to give a personal guarantee, in which case you used your Social Security #.
