I’m prob going to end up buying a few properties over 1 hr away from where I live. I can prob sell w/ owner financing or lease option. I don’t want to drive over an hour every weekend and a couple times a week to replace bandit signs. However I have to stay “on the cheap” also. What do you guys do or recommend that you’ve had success? Of course I want them sold or occupied asap. :biggrin
