Me and my investment group, found a SFH on ten lots we were wondering the expense involved in building 5 SFHs on the property, the lots have been subdivided the builder says he can build a SFH for $150,000 comps in the area go for $265,000-$300,000. The original house is $250,000 and needs to be demolished. What is the best path to get started…and what kind of loan do I get?
