i located a property that is listed with an agent . how should i go about handleling the conversation. i made offers on other properties but they were just with the home owner. This is the 1st with a realtor. I would like to wholesale the deal. what is the best way i should handle this.can anyone help please. thank you
Just as you would deal with a traditional home owner, except most listed properties will push much harder for deposit money. The realtors fiduciary responsibility is to represent you in the transaction if they are your buying agent, (not listing agent). Let your realtor know what you want to do, then put them to work
