Im trying to use all my real estate training in helping my sis to find a bargain home in the south Denver area.She’s not to sold on any my tactics i’ve sugested because of my lack of deals and has a realator searching for her.I’ve sugested REO’s by mortgage companys for her best buy.What is the rule of thumb to offer on these types of property’s?

Get a good realtor that deasl with REO’s (actually all realtors with MLS access can see the REOs). Have her check them out, some may be in really good condition and make offers at 40-45cents on the dollar. If she can buy for 60cents on dollar she did good.
