What do you guys consider to be must have resources for learning to fix and flip?
My thought is don’t find a book find a mentor.

Here is a link to William Bronchick you can get a 3 book set for about $45. I orded the set and it has been very informative. There is a lot of stuff for good nights readings. Keep in mind that some of guru’s will want you to spend $1,000’s of dollars on their products. I recommend this because it is resonable in price and it will help you understand the basics not neccesarily ‘real life’.
Continue the reading but at some point you have to start. There are great opinons posted on this sight and they are free.
