My friend and I are ready to invest in Florida,but we need some solid advice. We are only 21, but we have good jobs and we are very hungry, and just about ready to make our first major investment. If anyone has some advice for begginers I would appreciate it.
why did you pick Florida? bcoz its already appreciated 50% or more???

i’m about 10 yrs older than you but i made and lost of lot of money in the stock in 1999-2000. if i had read these books, i wouldn’t have and i stronly advise you to spend
50 bucks and get these books.
while i have made money by speculating in already-appreciated markets i don’t
advise you to start out that way. you want to buy value. something that is undervalued
and shows a promise of reaching full value. this is what warren buffet has done for
over 60 yrs and this is what really works, regardless of the cycle.
