Why don’t you do yourself a favor and do a search on the forum using Eric’s screen name. The advice that Eric has given to the REICLUB community has been invaluable. Self Promoting Guru’s can’t hold a candle to the FREE information that Eric gives away. He advice is factual, and he doesn’t need to prove anything to anyone. Regulars to REICLUB know he’s legit and definitely the real deal.
Does anyone have a used Eric Medemar’s course they want to sell? I don’t have much money right now.

I’ll do my darndest to stay away from being another “Guru” which is the last thing this world needs.
I try to let me Investing Insights do the talking for me, rather than saying “Woo hoo look at me, I’m smart guru”
I would prefer to stay with “Here, try this, I promise it works, because it worked for me and a ton of other people”
Then if you like the stuff I teach you…It’s all good.
