what will you do when you're tired of looking for good deals?

Hello~

what will you do when you’re tired of looking for good deals?
will you rest for a while, say 2~3 months? or find a new way to look for deals? or keep doing what you’re doing?

Why would I get tired of looking for good deals? If I need a break I go to my father in law’s condo on Hollywood Beach, FL.

Hi
You have done a good question, it’s really interesting. If you get any good reply, so please let me know. So I’ll also get some good idea.
Thanks for your future help.

What???

If your tired of looking for good deals then why are you investing in real estate ??

when your tired of working your regular job what do you do ?? thats the way you should look at it.

its not hard finding good deals, if your tired of looking for them your probably not getting the value on them you’d like in that area. so change up how your looking for them. maybe try a another town or a different method of purchasing them.

I was getting frustrated with the deals in my area and started looking at another city with good deals, then i found a great deal in my 1st area. keep with it !!! it will pay-off

Well, since this business is about finding deals, I assume you’re tired of looking and not finding any good deals or at least not enough for the effort.

If that is the case, I would look into other ways to find deals. Deals are out there, but you need to find a way to find them. Time off is a personal call, I’ve taken time off myself but I have a good paying job and could afford it.

Maybe what you are experiencing is that you are tired of having to grind out the way you have been traditionally to get the deals.

Once upon a time, I used to get up at 3am, drive in the cold on Saturday and Sunday mornings (I hate cold weather), and dodge traffic on busy highways to hammer bandit signs into sometimes rocky ground, getting splinters and calls from code enforcement.

I used to hate getting deals too.

Now I use other methods now that are more leveraged and don’t require so much personal time and effort, like mailings or web sites, referrals (especially good source of deals).

I like this business a bit more… What do you think?

I agree with the other posts though. It’s about your commitment to your success in the business.

What if it’s a pain in the ass to do the business but you make a whole lot of money? I guarantee it’s sucks much more to work hard on a job that also is a pain in the ass but pays peanuts.

Stay in the game.
