Hey everybody,
I’m new to this forum and somewhat to the world of Real Estate. I currently reside in New York and would like to invest in a property to rent out without having to move to that state because some places require you to be a resident. Investment amt is not much-$5000. NY is too expensive to invest. Any ideas where and what type of properties would make the best investment. Thanks.
