what are some general questions and information I should ask reo’s?

Are you talking about asset managers, homes, or realtors
when contacting banks about properties that they have on there books what are some detail questions that should be ask? I’m looking to wholesale reo properties hopefully I can score a good deal and use hml to hold then sale
Honestly, the banks know nothing about the properties they hold. They don’t look at them, if you are lucky the real estate agent that has listed it has at least looked at it, but probably only as a drive by.
The only thing they will tell you is how much they want for the property, and whatever info they have on # of bedrooms, baths and such. They usually wouldn’t be able to tell you condition or anything like that.
