I am very new with VERY little cash and NO credit so I have determined that Wholesaling and/or Birdogging is the way to start out. I have gathered a list of potential buyers from newspaper ads, bandit signs, web searches and a couple of visits to investment clubs. How do I approach these investors, what do I ask them and what are they looking for from me? Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
You can ask:
What areas do they like & not like to buy in.
What’s their price range.
What types of properites they’re looking for (e.g., duplexes, SF)
What kind of equity spread, e.g. 70% - repairs.
