I live in Cleveland Ohio, I was told that Ohio is a lien state, someone told me Ohio was both a tax and lein state. I would like to get into tax deed sales, but have no clue where to begin. Can anyone help me with any info on this? Thankyou in advance

Ohio is a deed state… you will need to check with the county treasures office or sherrif’s office Civil division for which ever county you are interested in… contact them and ask about the sales … all of them have information they will provide… may be a small price… good luck …
