Sunny Florida. slower market in Orlando, but still happening. prices dropped 10-20% then it got busier. miami is hurting! more growth toward the panhandle, where all the storms go.
I live in central Arkansas. Anyone close to me who could offer some advice on getting started as a birddog?
My father is a RE agent here in Arkansas. And I have a brother in Ca looking to invest in RE.
