Who are your prospects? buyers? sellers? other investors? What do you plan to use the data for? for how long?
NOD prospects + converted shorts sales, Sub2’s merged into 1 Excel file. When the prospect is sold, I change “prospect” to “sale” in the specific Excel “cell”. I’m bird dogging for investors and trying to create a lead management/follow-up system
any other suggestions for NOD/short sale lead trackin & drip campaigns?
