I am filling out my s-corporation forms. There is a line that asks “the purposes for which the corporation is formed is as follows”
Now way back in this forum I remember seeing something about wording that part in a specific yet not too specific way - it was great and now I wish I had written it down. I have searched this forum but can’t find it.
Can anyone advise me what to put. I am planning on doing it all at some point during this new venture - birddog, wholesale, rehab, buy and hold.
