Hello i am interested in a property that i am buying for $62,000 its a condo and the value of the condo is $90,000 should i rent it out and take another loan out on it or should i just sell it for the full $90,000?

All kidding aside, this is a decision that you need to make…it becomes the basis for your “exit strategy”…you should know going in what you will do with it and is also important as to how you will do the “make-ready”…
