there are three listed in our newspaper and I called all three One guy called back with the land trust thing Others never did. I listed the home on Craig’s List today under just Homes for Sale but the price came up as $64 instead of 64,000 the price I put in
Figured that would be a good starting price for a buyer who wants to live in house
Since the price came up wrong I hope it sparks some interest at least tee hee
