What Questions Do I Ask Investors?

I’m studying to be a wholesale real estate investor. Can someone plese tell me what questions to ask investors when they call? Thank you!!

What areas are you interested in buying?
Are you paying cash?
What kind of houses are you looking for? (BRs/Sq Ft, big rehabs, little rehabs)

You can also ask what percentage of ARV they start with before substracting out repair costs. Not everyone uses 70%.

So what your saying is that I have a home that current value is 60k, but the ARV is 100k, you would start subtracting at 70k? I think I understand what you are saying. We talked to an investor that said that yeah the home comps for 100k but an investor is not going to pay that. He might pay 70-80k depending upon the area, right?
