Im a trucking company dispatcher for the past 7 years.Part time investor/landlord for the past 5 years .Until March 4th of this year then Im going to be an investor full time rehabbing ,flipping , landlording , evicting and all that good stuff ;D What do you do?
I’m a software developer/architect. I am getting into investing because I like the dynamics of it more so than the money.
I own and manage a real estate brokerage.
I use REI for cash flow or wealth building depending upon the type of deal and my cash requirements at the time. I love the art of the deal. I love to take real estate and fix it, change it, divide it, combine it with something, or somehow else increase its value.

As for me, I am a full time REI for the past year.
Before that, I had a JOB in a Nuclear Lab :o

Hello all,
Full time national REI and PT Mortgage Broker for a handful of my investor buddies which I personally oversee and manage. Also own a higher end cedar log home dealership (think NASCAR money) and a Canadian pharmacy (no Viagra or Oxycontin inquiries please…only maintenance medications WITH a valid doctor’s prescription), both of which I have limited involvement other than leadership. That’s all that pays the bills around here…

Not kidding. Can’t do any one thing for more than 20 or so hrs a week or I go nuts. Don’t know why. I like what I do, just need to stop doing it after a while.
But I LOVE REI! I Love finding and working the deals. Love satisfing the seller or buyer yet making something for myself. I love transforming condos from horrible to heavenly.
