What needs to be in counteroffer packet?

I am making a counteroffer with HomEq on a short sale! Do I just use a cover letter to explain my offer or do I need to include a new HUD1, etc?

Did you submit your borrower’s financials, and ltr of hardship already? Is this is a counter offer or initial offer?

Ask them what is needed, usually another HUD 1 needs to be included.

Yeah, I think you’ve got it… cover letter and new hud presuming you’ve given them everything else already.
