Which cities in America are starting to see potential rising housing sales,and prices, any predictions out there.

All four of Texas’ big city markets are included in a forecast of the top 10 U.S. housing markets in 2012.
Seattle-based ActiveRain, an online real estate network, survyed almost 2,000 real estate agents around the country.
The sales agents picked Fort Meyers, Fla. And Austin as the two home markets most likely to rebound sharply this year.
San Antonio was rated number four, Dallas-Fort Worth was seventh and Houston came in ninth place.
At the other end of the stick, Reno, Sacramento and Chicago were listed as markets likely to do the worst this year when it comes to housing.

Texas, it’s not surprising to know that they’ve been included in the forecast. But then,it’s still a forecast, no knows what the future lies ahead!
Hopefully though, real estate industry will have a good luck this year!
