I’m in NYC and I wanted to start getting some leads on some properties that are not listed in my jurisdiction. What are some of the resources some of the more seasoned investors have used in order to obtain some listings to go forward in selling or buying some houses.

I am having great luck with people coming out of bankruptcy via dismissal or relief of motion to stay. These are people that have been through a BK and are desperate to not have a foreclosure on their record and can not file a BK to avoid the foreclosure.
