:angel Can someone help me with this what is a NNN Commerical Property. I had someone ask me this and I am not sure what it means.
Thank-You :rainbow

NNN means triple net lease. This is the most common type of lease you will find with commercial property. A NNN generally means that the tenant pays for everything except the roof, the parking lot, and the mortgage. All of which the the landlord is responsible for. But the terms of a NNN can be negotiable.

The higher the cost of real estate the more triple nets you will see. For example shopping centers and shopping malls.

NNN property is means that lease payments are net of all expenses on the property.
