I have come across a good deal. I came to an agreement with the seller on the price of 94000.00 the arv on the property is between 170000 and 180000. I got my loan in line also. My problem is the house that I am buying is a rental with a tenant in it.
The seller wants me to do one of two things:
- buy the house now evict the tenant on my own which could take months.
- give them 2700 earnest money and they would do the evicting. The problem with that is I dont have that.
I am the sole provider for my 2 children and my credit is not good from a divorce.
What do you suggest? I thought about maybe just wholesaling the house? but I don’t know how to do that.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
