Maybe a couple of silly questions, but this is the beginners board, so please forgive me. Here goes:
When planning a double closing, and you send your buyer’s list out to a house you have under contract, and there is a RE sign in the front yard… How do the potential buyers know to contact you to buy the house, rather than the agent? What do you say before you send them out?
Same senario when you have a fsbo who insists on being present when you access the house during the inspection period, which I’m guessing is when you show the house to your buyer’s list. What do you say to the homeowner and buyers before the buyers show up at the house?
