What do you line up for your buyer?

Once you have a deal under contract and find a buyer for the deal what do you line up for them? I assume a title search, but what else? Arrange them to meet a HML that you associate with?

Yes, having title work done is a good idea. Hopefully your buyer is experienced enough to have their own access to funds. If not, it doesn’t hurt to have an HML or two that you can refer them to.
