what do u charge for an assigment fee??

Im thinking about 10% of the asking price. what do u think?

It seems to be a matter of the buyers upside. When they buy a deal from me,(assignment), and can netnet $40k if they do it right then I need $4-5k. You’d be safe gaugeing it from there I would think. Always keep in mind the awesome power of the “WOW FACTOR” , nothing brings a client of any sort back faster and w/ more motivation to do business again. Creates tons of good will all around too!
Hope that helps some.

Depends on how good your deal is. No shame in making 20K if your numbers work for your end buyer. Also no shame in making 2K if its a tighter deal and it makes sense for your end buyer. I try to make a min. of 7K per deal. This alone tells me where I need to buy if I want to make that 7K and leave room on the back end for my end buyer.

It all depends on how deep you can buy. There is no set fee that I go for. In an ideal situation you buy at a deep discount from a seller, then assign the home to a retail or owner occ buyer. You can make great money in a case like that.
