What is the best way to go about talking to Title Companies or Closing Attorneys, and what questions do I need to be asking them when trying to locate one that I can close with? I plan to do assignment of contracts.

Just make sure they work with investors, have done transactions with assignment contracts and can double close. You might just want to ask your biggest buyer who they use.
