What club do you belong to?

I am not affiliated with a real estate club now. I am considering it. What club do you belong to? How has it benefited you?

I am a member of San Antonio Investor Association… the only benefit for me is the networking… I got to know most of the major players in town, connected with brokers, attorneys…etc.
