What Banks are know to call loans if the title is transferred to a LLC for asset

I am just purchasing some duplexes; I read here that Countrywide was known to call loans if the title was transferred to a LLC for liability protection. I told my broker to avoid that firm and just found out today that they did the loan with them, as upset as I am I am trying figure out what risk level there is with Countrywide as well as what others to avoid for the future.
