I’m new to wholesaling and was wondering where is a good place to research my potential areas that I’m interested in. Also how do you decifer a good area vs. a bad one as far as where the deals are?Thanks.
No sense reinventing the wheel. Drive around and look for areas where you see a lot of “We Buy Houses” signs. Wholesalers and investors are already there and have an interest in the area.
Also, ask a Realtor or two for tips on neighborhoods that are undergoing redevelopment or “gentrification.” Then drive around those neighborhoods and look for beat-up or vacant houses.
