following are some problems faced by indian realtors-
there is no law which recognises realtors in india.
2)there is no recognised organisation which can claim it to be apex body of realtors.
after the deal is done and the parties default to pay brokerage then the realtors cannot claim relief under any set of law.
since there is no structuring a realtor can be anyone either a corner panwala an aunt or any person, who utlises his personal contacts to earn a few bucks.

So what’s the problem? You can be a realtor yourself.
The biggest problem faced by Indian realtors is the non-availability of recognized organization and there is no defined structure for those who want to become a realtor. Any one can become a realtor. Most of them will be uneducated and unaware of real estate markets. There is lack of training in the field of real estate agents. The advertisement is very much less by the builders, sellers because of lack of trust whether they get back their income.
Yeah it is seriously bad for industry as anyone can be Realtor with out having proper domain expertise. I suggests dealing with brand realtors as they all provide good before and after sale service.
Hi,
I agreed that the Property laws are very different in India. It is very difficult to pick the real and fake in the industry, but real estate is very promising and growing field for investors there just like the other parts of the world.
