what are the necessary due diligence on an apartment ?

Hi All,

If I am interested in a listed apartment complex. Is the due diligence after or before I giving an offer? What would be the key members in my due diligence team? Thanks everyone for your answer.

The answer is both. There is some due diligence that must be done before you can even present an offer. But there is some due diligence that you can’t find out until after you have an accepted offer. For example your offer will be based on the stated occupancy of the complex, but you have to verify the stated occupancy. After that verification the offer will usually be amended based on what is found. The same with condition of equipment and facilities etc.
