New York State requires both parties to close with attorneys…not title companies.
Find a “We buy Houses” guy in New York and ask him which atty he uses.
I agree with the previous poster. Don’t try and blaze the path that so many others have gone before you, call one of them up and ask. Sure you might run into a few that won’t offer up the info but sooner or later you’ll find someone who wants to help.
