What yr built houses should I target for Wholesale?
My favorite houses to target are pre 1960-1970.
Many of these have never been upgraded and perfect for buying at a good discount and wholesaling to my rehabbers.
When I have a house that’s 40-50 years old, and a motivated seller, my palms start itching.
Yeah, your bread and butter is probably going to be 1950-1980ish, but I wouldn’t count out any new houses that come across. I’ve wholesaled several newer homes as well.
That being said, pull your cash buyer info in the city, county, zipcodes, or whatever market you’re planning to target. cross reference it all with the age of homes, areas, price points etc. It should give you a pretty laser focused idea of what to target.
Your home will be more expensive if the age of that house more longer. I just know from this forum. I prefer a newly built house. And usually I do to enhance your home decor.
