Wham Bam Slam December deals and Itchy Palms

Holy frikin crapola. I’ve been sitting around with no deals happening but my right hand kept itchin, I hate to admit I’m superstitious but when ever that happens I come into money, never fails.
So I haven’t been trying to find any deals cuz its Dec and I already have a huge bank account but then guess what?
My favorite Realtor/buyer emails me last night at 10:30 PM that he has 2 condo’s that he wants to unload fast.
He has a fixer for $13,000 and one that’s rented at $700 for $27,000
I looked them up and they seem like hell of a great deals.
This morning I send them out to my buyers and holy shitsky they were fighting over them, my buyer Matt is pissed saying I only gave him 8 blankin minutes to make a decision and they already sold. He’s pissed.
Oh yea, I added $9,000 to the price for my profit and the seller says he’ll give me an extra 2 grand if I can sell them in a week, well hell, I sold them in 45 minutes.
This is going to push my bottom like to some serious frikin profits this year.

I was stressin out today for awhile, family members were here and I was getting numerous calls from the seller and buyer.
Then I had to get the contracts made up and emailed out and get them signed and back and forward them to the parties, I didnt want to ignore the family and I didnt want to lalygag on this hot deal, finally after about 6 cups of coffee and an energy drink I had things going. My brain was multi tasking.
The seller then calls me a while ago and says he knew I was the one that cud get the job done, well he shud know as we’ve done about 30 deals together, but actually, before, he was always the buyer.
It gets better, Now he says he has 2 more properties he wants me to sell for him.
What’s really crazy is I found my buyer when he called this summer, from my bandit sign and these will be the 5th deal he’s got from me.
Let’s make some frikin money
