Anyone done a short sale with Wells Fargo!? They own both loans 1st and 2nd!? I saw postings about people’s Short Sale experience with BofA and wondered if anyone can share their discovery with the group.

We love Wells they are one of the easiest banks to work with. We have closed several deals with them.
Wells is one of the easy lenders to work with. Here is Wells Fargos info 866-903-1053/Fax LOA 866-917-1877/Fax Packages 866-419-6352… Hope that helps… Right now I am seeing about a 35 day turn around on Short Sales going through Wells. We did 33 last month with them and have 42 going now.
Are you referring to Wells Fargo specifically, or to ASC? ASC has been dragging their feet for months on one deal that I’m working on. I’ve had five different L/M’s.
Everytime I turn around, they want to close the file even though I have done everything they requested.
Maybe they think I’m shortening them up too much and not serious?
