I cant find the link of a website by a fellow member of this forum, he had a link on his signature with his website/blog where he tracked every deal he did, from start to finish. I remember he was into rehabbing, and he had all the before and after pictures of his deals, with all the specs including how he found the property, all the numbers, etc.
