web site link exchange anyone?

i’m looking to do a one way link exchange with other investors & agents. (preferably i would like those professionals to be located in NJ, but this isn’t required). i’m hoping this will help increase search engine rankings

i would like to setup links in the following manner:

my_site #1 → your site → my_site #2

nick, i’ve been a member of this forum. i’m not advertising. if this was against the rules i have no problem with the mods removing it.

when you mention it’s not good to do busines this way, please elaborate.
